We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by Australia Post. 

Regular Parcel Post takes 1-5 working days, but can be longer to regional WA. We highly recommend our rural or regional WA customers to quote for Express, and have peace of mind your parcel will be with you a 1 or 2 days.

IMPORTANT- Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.

All purchases from Harmonic Space are made pursuant to shipping arrangements and we are not responsible for any loss or damage once a package has been collected from our warehouse by Australia Post, TNT or DHL. We choose Australia Post as our main common carrier because of their best-practice reputation.
