Damage and Returns Policy
At Harmonic Space, we take great care to ensure that all our products are shipped securely and insured for your peace of mind.
Upon Delivery:
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
If you notice any signs of damage to the packaging, take clear photos of the outer package and any visible damage to the product inside.
All damage claims must be submitted promptly upon receipt of the shipment.
How to File a Claim:
To initiate a claim, please send the following details to hello@harmonicspace.com.au:
A detailed description of the damage.
Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Resolution Options:
In case it is proven that the damage occurred during transportation, you are entitled to:
A full refund, including standard shipping fees.
A replacement of the damaged item.
A repair option, if applicable.
All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. We will process your request as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth resolution.
Care Conditions for Monochords and Crystal Singing Bowls:
To maintain the quality and longevity of your instrument, please follow these care guidelines:
Monochords:
Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures: Do not store your monochord in areas with excessive heat or direct sunlight, as it can cause warping and cracking.
Control humidity levels: High humidity can lead to swelling of the wood, while overly dry conditions may cause shrinking or cracks. Store your monochord in an environment with stable humidity (ideally between 40-60%).
Proper storage: Keep your monochord in its case or on a stand when not in use to prevent accidental damage.
Regular maintenance: Periodically check tuning and clean the instrument with a soft cloth to remove dust and debris.
Crystal Singing Bowls:
Handle with care: Although crystal singing bowls are highly durable, they should always be handled gently to prevent accidental chipping or breakage.
Proper placement: Always place the bowl on a secure, level surface to prevent tipping or accidental falls.
Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the surface and avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the crystal.
Transporting: When transporting, use protective padding such as a carrying case to cushion the bowl and prevent accidental impact.
Customer Responsibility:
Once the product is delivered and confirmed to be in good condition, it becomes the customer's responsibility to ensure proper care and maintenance. We are not responsible for any damages, performance issues, or defects resulting from:
Improper handling.
Incorrect storage conditions (excessive dryness or humidity).
Failure to follow the provided care instructions.
Any claims related to such issues will not be eligible for refunds, replacements, or repairs.
